• Methods of Payment

  ONLINE
  We accept credit or debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, Discover & American Express) on our secure site.
  Make a payment.

   

  ELECTRONIC PAYMENT PROGRAM
  With this method, your monitoring fee is electronically deducted from your designated bank account on the 25th of each month. Set up electronic payment (pdf).

   

  BY MAIL
  You will receive a monthly invoice with return envelope for your convenience or you may send a check or money order to Custom Security Systems, P. O. Box 15628, Baton Rouge, LA 70895. Please include your bill payer account number on your check or money order.

   

  VISIT OUR OFFICE
  690 Oak Villa Blvd. in Baton Rouge
  Make a payment during our regular business hours Monday-Friday, 8 am-4:30 pm with cash, check, money order, credit or debit card. You may also use our 24-hour drop slot for checks and money orders enclosed in envelopes.  Please include your bill payer account number on your payment if using drop slot.

• Updating Your Account

  Q. When should I update my account information?

  A. You should update your account when you make any of the following changes:

  • Name
  • Home, work or cell phone number
  • Billing address
  • Emergency contacts/phone numbers
  • E-mail address
  • Banking information used for bank draft
  • Password (all-ok word)

   

  Q. How do I update or change my account information?

  A. You may request changes to your account three ways:

  • By phone 225-927-5535 (password/all-ok word required)
  • By mailing a written request (pdf) to Custom Security Systems, P. O. Box 15628, Baton Rouge, LA 70895.
  • By faxing a written request (pdf) to 225-927-9764.

  If you require significant changes to be made to your account such as the transfer of account to a third party, emergency contact information or password, please contact our office at 225-927-5535.

• Reactivating Your Service

  Q. Can I reactivate my service?

  A. Yes, we can reactivate service to your home.  Call our office at 225-927-5535 to schedule an appointment with one of our security consultants.

• Moving

  Q. I’m moving.  Can I transfer service to my new home?

  A. Yes, we can transfer service to your new home.  Call our office at 225-927-5535 to schedule an appointment with one of our security consultants.

• Disconnecting Your Service

  Q. How do I disconnect my service?

  A. You may disconnect your service by calling our office at 225-927-5535.  Your password/all-ok word is required. 

  You may also mail or fax this completed disconnect form (pdf) to us.
