Custom Security Central Station, our highly trained, experienced
professionals are on duty 24 hours a day, seven days a week monitoring
your security system. When your system detects an intruder or fire, it
automatically transmits a signal to our central monitoring facility
where our operators respond immediately.

Local Means: all of your calls go directly to our on-site Central
Monitoring Station, located in Baton Rouge across from Cortana Mall.
There are no pre-dial delays. Our operators are informed about local
weather issues and areas with recent outbreaks of criminal activity,
which helps them serve you quickly and efficiently.
